Your way to us

This is how the application process works - as a junior researcher or academic employee

We are regularly looking for reinforcement in various areas and projects. If you see yourself in one of our vacancies or have your own idea of how you can enrich our team, we look forward to receiving your application.

Send us your application documents. You can find out exactly how, where and what here. We will take the time to check your application carefully. You will receive prompt feedback from us.

Depending on your wishes and expectations, you will get to know one of our research department heads in an initial personal interview. Here you can ask questions, find out more about our team, your tasks (as a junior researcher or academic employee) and our projects and convince us of your skills and motivation.

In the next round, you will meet Professor Henke and possibly another member of the department management. The purpose of this interview is to get to know you better and to discuss how you can enrich our team.

If we decide to work together, we look forward to welcoming you to the team. Finally, a few formal documents need to be completed so that we can get started together.

Your way to us

This is how the application process works - as a student or research assistant

Would you like to gain your first insights into scientific work and gain exciting practical experience? Then take a look at our current vacancies - maybe there's the right one for you! If not, we would also be delighted to receive your unsolicited application.

Send us your application documents. You can find out exactly how, where and what here. We will take the time to check your application carefully. You will receive prompt feedback from us.

You will get to know one of our research assistants in a personal interview. This will give you the opportunity to find out more about your tasks and the topics covered by the chair, clarify any questions you may have and convince us of your skills and enthusiasm. At the same time, we will discuss how your interests and strengths fit into our team.

If we decide to work together, there are just a few formal steps left: We will support you in filling out the necessary documents so that nothing stands in the way of your start with us.
