On 30.10.23, the FlexTools team met for the first "factory meeting" at HEO Coating in Wickede (Ruhr).
The actual processes were first recorded and analyzed on site before an initial proposal for a target process using driverless transport systems was developed in a lively discussion. During the meeting, many new impulses created a strong dynamic, which inspired the start of the project at the first partner company. In addition to the excellent work results, important questions about further cooperation were also answered. The joint lunch also offered the opportunity to create connections across work packages and backgrounds. We are delighted with the successful start on site. The event will continue at TE Connectivity on November 6!
