Kick-off in Dortmund at the LFO Lab at TU Dortmund University

In addition to organizational topics, which were dealt with together with the project sponsor, a lot of time was also invested in workshops. As part of this workshop, all participants worked together to refine the vision and mission of the project. In addition, initial appointments have already been made with the practice partners HEO Coating and TE Connectivity. These appointments will enable us to create a common understanding of the processes on site so that we can then implement the project in the best possible way.
